    Partnerships and Business Development Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess market competition by leveraging Industry data to competitors’ products across offerings, processes, customer experience, and portfolio quality.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, revenue generation, and profitability.
    • Research and identify target organizations with which to partner
    • Reach out and follow up with prospective partners by call or Email concerning our proposals in a timely manner
    • Conceptualize partnership programs with measurable goals

    Requirements

    • Must reside within Gbagada and its environs.

    Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Respond to inquiries and feedback on all social media platform and information platform.
    • Craft high quality and engaging and interactive contents on social media and our online community daily.
    • Utilize community insights and social media analytics to understand behaviors, preferences, and trends, optimizing strategies for maximum engagement.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all our members, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain our members, including organizing meetups, webinars, and other community events.
    • Monitor and analyze member engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to increase engagement.
    • Collaborate with leadership team and other staff members to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies.
    • Work with operations team to identify and address member needs, including troubleshooting technical issues and responding to customer service inquiries.
    • Analyze and write reports of social media insights, feedbacks and information.
    • Organize and plan outreach, events, get together etc.
    • Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance SEO efforts.
    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

    • Must possess B.Sc / HND in any Social Science related or relevant field
    • At least 2 years experience in Digital marketing/Social media/Community management
    • Must have completed NYSC
    • Must reside within Gbagada and its environs
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
    • Knowlwdge of Graphic Design tools (eg., Canva, Adobe, etc) is an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs.

    Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, create and process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

    Cleaner / Office Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Cleaner.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the overall cleaning and maintenance of our facility.

    Responsibilities

    • Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a proper manner, adhering to recycling and waste management guidelines.
    • Responsible for daily cleaning of office work space, including restrooms
    • Assist in running office errands.
    • Help with basic administrative tasks as assigned.
    • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
    • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
    • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

    • Good communication and Interpersonal skills.

     Salary
    N35,000 - N40,000 per month.
