Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and financial control for construction projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and financial targets
• Conduct site visits to track progress and verify work completed
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, cost estimation software)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is an advantage.
