    Human Resources and Administration Officer

    Job Description

    • Receive the request for new manpower from different factories and process it for approval.
    • After approval, do the needful to receive new resumes and short listing candidates for interviews, arrange the interview of shortlisted candidates with concerned Managers/HODs.
    • Do necessary preparation like medical, Verification for new selected candidates.
    • Preparation of offer letters for selected candidates and process it for approval /signing.
    • Do proper induction of newly joined persons with specific induction plan, do needful to support new employers to get settled in the food system.
    • Receive the resignation letters from staffs ,who are willing to leave the company , do proper exit of employee(s) as per company rules & regulations
    • Work with different Managers and follow the Company rules & regulations, Company’s code of conduct.
    • Receive the breach of discipline from different Managers;
    • Resolve the grievance of employees by working with HR Manger and concern Departmental Manager as per company policy.
    • Cross check /Verify, daily/weekly -the attendance of employees for each month , work with HR Manager to process the payroll of employees.
    • Receive the leave applications and process it by working with HR Manager & concern department Manger
    • Do the working for leave allowance calculation on monthly basis
    • Do the working with Departmental Manager for monthly performance money and best staff from each factory /department and do needful to process it to finance department
    • HMO- Keep proper record of each employee.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
    • Strong moral and ethical code.
    • Exceptional administrative skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft packages( Excel, word p.p.t).

    Data Protection Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact within the organization for members of staff, regulators, and any relevant public bodies on issues related to data protection
    • Ensure the company’s policy is in accordance with General Data
    • Protection Regulation (GDPR) and codes of practice
    • Evaluate the existing data protection framework and identify areas of non or partial compliance and rectify any issues
    • Devise training plans and provide data protection advice and support for members of staff
    • Inform and advise the Data Controller or Data Processor on all matters related to data protection
    • Promote a culture of data protection compliance across all units of the organization Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
    • Provide expert advice and educate employees on important data compliance requirements
    • Draft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with key stakeholders
    • Hold training with staff members across different business units who are involved in data handling or processing.
    • Proactively conduct audits to ensure compliance and address potential issues
    • Maintain records of all data processing activities carried out by the company
    • Serve as the point of contact between the company and the data protection authorities

    Job Skills / Experience

    • Certified Data Protection Officer / CISSP / CISM
    • Knowledge on ISO 27001/ISO 22301 (lead auditor/implementer), PCI-DSS and PA-DSS is an important element
    • Relevant Security Experience, at least 5 years in Data Protection field.
    • Experience of Managing Projects Proven track record of achieving results and managing teams.
    • Constructively manage all stakeholders and break barriers
    • Ability to build and lead effective and successful teams
    • Analytical thinker combined with skills of thinking outside the box
    • Ability to effectively use technology to leapfrog the competition
    • Withstanding pressure without it having effect on efficiency or quality
    • Open to change and ability to create and drive change
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment
    • Strong analytical and diagnostic skill
    • Ideal candidate must reside in Abuja or willingto relocate
