    Recruitment Support Officer

    Salary: 120,000 gross monthly. 

    Job objectives:

    We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Support Officer to join our dynamic recruitment firm. As a Recruitment Support Officer you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Principal Duties / Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Support the preparation and updating of recruitment-related documentation, such as job descriptions, candidate profiles, and offer letters.
    • Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels to attract potential candidates.
    • Conduct initial screenings of candidates by reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals for further consideration.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Assist in conducting reference checks for selected candidates by contacting provided references and documenting feedback.
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, interview details, and feedback.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required in recruitment, outsourcing and HR consulting.
    • A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
    • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, Google workplace, Calendly.
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    IT Support Officer

    Salary: 150,000 gross monthly. 

    Principal Duties / Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
    • Install, configure, and maintain software applications, ensuring uniformity across the organization.
    • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network performance.
    • Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
    • Generate reports on IT performance, compliance, and security metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
    • Implement data protection measures, including encryption, access controls, and data loss prevention mechanisms.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, provisioning IT resources and providing necessary training.
    • Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.
    • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and value is maximized.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
    • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the field of IT support.
