    NOC Engineer

    Job Description

    • Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers monitor large computer networks and servers for problems from a central location.
    • They analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system, communicate with site technicians and track problems through to resolution.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
    • Discover problem areas which could negatively impact system performance or customer satisfaction
    • Pro‐actively monitor network and system performance.
    • Analyze traffic data and trends and escalate areas of concern to the network design authority.
    • Escalate problems to third level support (Problem management team) where these cannot be resolved within the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
    • Perform network surveillance 24/7, respond to network‐reported and customer‐reported problems
    • Take ownership to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Manage problem resolution using network monitoring/management tools
    • Monitor key suppliers service levels and highlight where Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not being met.

    Qualifications

    • BSc/HND in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related Course
    • 2+ years’ experience as network engineer preferable in an ISP/Telco environment.

    Skills:

    • Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
    • Capable of making solid, fact-based decisions under pressure.
    • Ability to work well in an international, multi-cultural, and high-pressure technical environment.
    • Technical experience in a telecommunications or network operations environment.
    • Very Good understanding of wireless communications Technology
    • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification.
    • Knowledgeable to Manage Cisco switches
    • Interested candidates must be able to work on a 24/7 shift Rotation.

    RF- Transmission Field Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Arrive to work, jobs on sites, and meetings on time and prepared.
    • Carrying out site surveys.
    • Visits and inspects sites regularly to see if any repair is required.
    • Obtain information and ensure timely response to the network alarms/ RF Operations instructions
    • Carry out diagnostic tests and coordinate with RF Operations in case of failure.
    • Troubleshoots, identifies and evaluates different options and chooses the right course of action to solve the hitch.
    • Rectify fault condition or escalate in case additional technical support in required.
    • Reporting and documenting the status of the activity.
    • Providing technical guidance to colleagues and other teams.
    • Communicates daily activities and written reports
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

    Requirements

    • BE / HND in engineering or other related Course.
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in wireless telecommunications industry (C Quick learner, motivated and dedicated to get the job done right.

    • Confidently and quickly handle the problem.
    • Experience in testing, commissioning, integrating, supporting, fault analysis and diagnosis of Telecom products and Fixed wireless network Technology systems.

    • Knowledgeable in Fixed wireless network Technology – Radio PTP ,PTMP and Microwave Radio backhaul
    • Should have valid driving license
    • Knowledgeable of Lagos road network
    • Knowledge in test equipment like network, base station and spectrum analyzers.

    Fiber Optics Engineer

    Education and qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Electrical Electronic / Computer engineering or other related Course.
    • Independent problem solver combined with strong team orientation.
    • 3+ years of technical experience in a telecommunications or network operations environment.
    • Knowledgeable in cisco switching and routing configuration and troubleshooting
    • Good understanding of telecommunication equipment operation
    • Good experience of multi-vendor telecommunication equipment

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for customer premise installations, including racking, cabling, bonding and grounding.
    • Coordinate fiber activities with other departments and the Manager of OSP construction
    • Perform ring cuts on live fiber without affecting existing services.
    • Perform fiber tests with OTDR’s, light source and meters.
    • Terminate, splice, bonds/grounds and tests fiber optic equipment to division standards.
    • Provide accurate equipment location, splicing and terminating records for the fiber database.
    • Assist Construction/Engineering departments in accepting and turning up the fiber network.
    • Perform installation of fiber optic equipment and patch and panels.
    • Monitor, communicate and perform corrective actions to fix problems affecting any fiber or fiber related equipment.
    • Install demarcation enclosures and other telecom equipment.
    • Must be well versed in modern fiber splicing techniques.
    • OTDR, power meters, traffic identifiers, digital multimeters, cleavers, strippers, buffer tube splitters, cable ring tools, hand tools, toners, duct rodders, ladders, bucket trucks
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision. And apply technical expertise to evaluate problems and implementing the best solutions.
    • Work a variety of schedules including normal duty and on call duty.
    • Will be required to work night shifts and overtime when needed.

    Channel Manager

    Position Overview

    • As the Channel Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing our reseller network while supporting pre-sales activities to ensure success in closing deals.
    • You will work to identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers who can sell our HR SaaS solutions to businesses.
    • In addition to relationship management, you will collaborate with resellers to engage in pre-sales efforts, including product demonstrations and solution consulting, ensuring that resellers are well-equipped to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Reseller Recruitment: Identify and recruit high-potential resellers to expand the sales network of the company across various regions.
    • Channel Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow the reseller base and increase sales through partners.
    • Sales Support & Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with resellers during pre-sales engagements, assisting with product demonstrations, customer presentations, and solution consulting to help close deals.
    • Partner Onboarding: Ensure new resellers are effectively onboarded, trained on the product, and provided with the tools and resources they need to be successful.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners, providing ongoing support, performance reviews, and guidance.
    • Sales Enablement: Work closely with resellers to provide them with the necessary materials, sales strategies, and marketing assets to drive sales.
    • Target Achievement: Drive the resellers to meet their sales targets by continuously monitoring performance, providing feedback, and developing improvement plans.
    • Market Insights: Analyze the competitive landscape and channel trends to inform recruitment strategies and adapt approaches to maximize success.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align on channel strategies and provide input on partner needs.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or business development within the SaaS industry (HR SaaS experience is a plus).
    • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing reseller partners or distributors, ideally for software or tech solutions.
    • Pre-Sales Experience: Experience in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and solution consulting is essential.
    • Sales-Driven: Strong understanding of sales processes, with a focus on driving revenue through third-party channels.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and derive insights to optimize reseller performance.
    • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products, with the ability to understand and explain HR software solutions.
    • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, proactively, and remotely, while managing multiple priorities.
    • Academic Qualification: The preferred candidate should t have bachelor’s degree or HND in relevant discipline.
