- The candidates must have spent at least 9 years of cognate experience teaching and conducting research in a recognised and reputable University.
- In addition, the candidate must have published at least twenty- two articles in reputable local and international outlets acceptable to the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun, of which at least 40% must be offshore, and the candidate should be a lead author in about 40% of the publications.
- The applicant should have demonstrated good teamwork and leadership skills in the university system.
- The applicant must have good citations, an H-index, and an i10-index in Google Scholar.
- The applicants must have spent at least 3 years as a Senior Lecturer in a recognised University. Candidates with verifiable records of winning research grants as Principal Investigators will stand at an advantage.
