    Marketing Officer

    ROLE

    1. Eyes and ears of the organization.
    2. Communication satellite between organization and market.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Plan for sales in accordance with sales targets given.
    2. To achieve the sales targets with minimum possible deviation.
    3. To increase the market penetration and share, in line with targets.
    4. To develop markets in terms of growth of customer base, and to develop customer for new products introduced time by time.
    5. To comply with company policies, values and conduct business abiding with the same.
    6. To provide regular MIS with prescribed reports, and generating specific reports.
    7. To co-ordinate between customers, support staff to provide service to customer.
    8. To maintain communication links between company and customer for harmonious relation. This includes time to time changes in prices, policies or any other communication.
    9. To assist the IMS Coordinator for the department.
    10.  Reporting of on safe act, on safe condition and near misses.
    11. Determination of environmental Aspect / Impacts in relation to Marketing activities.

    FUNCTIONAL AUTHORITIES

    To decide the distribution preference and allocation of products within policy framework.

    ACCOUNTABILITY

    1. Accountable for all decisions taken while discharging the role/responsibility endeavored on.
    2. Overall accountable for achieving QHSE objectives of department.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    1. Graduation preferably in Engineering or at least in science stream.
    2. Post-Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
    3. Fresh Graduate / Post graduate with preference to 2-3 years in sales & marketing.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE

    1. Preliminary knowledge of commercial practices & terms of business.
    2. At least elementary understanding of industrial procurement procedures & processes.
    3. Good commercial communication skill to communicate internally & externally.

    IT Solutions Sales Manager (Financial Institutions)

    PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    As Sales Manager, you are expected to Support Management in the development of the corporate strategy and tactical plans by providing strategic insights on own area.

    • Formulate, update and implement  Sales policies and processes 
    • Develop appropriate Sales strategies to protect and enhance the company’s market share
    • Provide strategic Sales leadership, in line with the overall corporate strategy
    • Engage Management and the appropriate Board Committees to develop short, medium, and long-term Sales plans and projections for the organization
    • Prepare and monitor the execution of the annual marketing plans and budgets
    • Formulate and agree pricing strategies and work with the various strategic business units in executing their respective strategies
    • Define and sets sale targets for the unit/team and monitor performance
    • Monitor sales performance & deviations from budget
    • Review all reports on business development activities and advice Management accordingly
    • Establish key relationships with customers and agencies based on industry segment to ensure maximum exposure and increase in revenue
    • Ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products/solutions to current and prospective customers
    • Communicate customer requirements to the Business Operations Support team and work with them  to ensure that products are delivered to customer requirements and in line with agreed terms 
    • Produce business case documents for new product or solution offerings
    • Establish criteria for screening new business ideas and opportunities
    • Develop growth and profitability on all our client's solutions and products while coordinating all aspects of product availability
    • Review  legal documentation with prospective partners or customers to close a sale or develop new business
    • Monitor competitor activity  in terms of customer experience,  pricing, their alliances, credibility and advice Management accordingly
    • Benchmark company sales processes against industry and best in class standards to ensure competitive edge
    • Develop and implement a companywide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
    • Oversee contract negotiation & payment terms with clients and channel partners review  tenets of agreements and work with legal counsel to finalize and execute the contracts
    • Ensure that agreements with clients/sales opportunities are executed
    • Develop capability of subordinates towards the achievement of their own performance targets
    • Maintain a positive work environment that facilitates collaboration and information sharing and is conducive to attracting, retaining, and motivating diverse talent

    Qualifications

    Education

    • First degree in any discipline is required
    • MBA or Masters in related discipline
    • Membership of relevant professional body is desirable

    Experience

    • Minimum of 10-12 years relevant sales experience, 6 of which must have been in a Management position of a similar organization
    • Huge network with decision makers in all Banking and financial sectors
    • Record of achievements in the banking and financial sector- value of deals recorded and consummated.
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to lead a team to drive organizational goals
