    Marketing Intern

    Responsibilities

    • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
    • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
    • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
    • Prepare promotional presentations
    • Help distribute marketing materials
    • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
    • Help organize marketing events.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc / B.A in Marketing or relevant discipline

    Warehouse and Logistics Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
    • Implementing operational policies and procedures.
    • Implementing and overseeing security operations.
    • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
    • Ensuring the safety of staff.
    • Motivating and disciplining staff.
    • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
    • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.

    Country Manager

    The Country Manager is responsible for business development activities within the region. He must be able to develop and implement strategies for launching new solutions and provide sales support across various Company solutions and products (Infrastructure & Cloud, CyberSecurity, Digital Business, Enterprise Application and GRC).  

    He must be able to drive growth by increasing efficiencies and improving the marketing and sales process for the financial success of the company. 
    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop the Sales and Business Development Team
    • Generate revenue through the sale of solutions and services for the products Infrastructure & Cloud,  CyberSecurity, Digital Business, Enterprise Applications and GRC) offered by the company within Ghana.
    • Identify complimentary products to expand the company’s portfolio.
    • Create sales and marketing business plans including target markets - segments and industries, heatmaps and go to market plans for the generation of quarterly pipeline.
    • Develop account and opportunity plans for key clients and transactions.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders, pre-sales, Chief Technology Officer, product managers and head of professional services to leverage a team approach to support sales activities.
    • Set activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
    • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
    • Act as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.

    Key Competencies Requirements

    • A first degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 7-10 years at selling Information Security, IT Infrastructure or related IT products.
    • Relevant Product based sales certifications such as IBM, Oracle, and Microsoft desired.
    • Ability to demonstrate software products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
    • Capable of prioritizing project conflicts and communicating realistic expectations to all project stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends (both technology and leadership) to help refine the IT Strategy.
    • Familiar with the sales full life cycle and have both pre-sales and delivery experience.
    • Great understanding of operating systems, apps server, web technology, digital platforms and information security management. 
    • Experience with servers, virtualization, storage, networks, end user computing and disaster recovery and data center management.
    • Practical knowledge of database architecture, networking, high availability, failover, monitoring & management, Linux.
