    Job Summary

    • Support the business strategy by effectively making payments of FTE and Support staff salaries, benefits and allowances.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Processes and pays salaries and allowances as authorized.
    • Pays Upfront to staff as authorized. Handle the posting/allocation of contract service charges amongst various unit, Payment of commissionaire’s salaries.
    • Pays staff benefits e.g terminal benefits, Housing, Education, 13th Month allowances, relocation allowances, etc.
    • Handing of Oversea Medical payments to senior managers and above.
    • Amortization of Medical allowance Support staff vendor management Staff Loan (Car, Mortgage and Personal) documentation and processing

    Shift Manager, Brewing

    Job Description

    • Ensure safety agenda is implemented in area of responsibility (Brewing and Utilities), while managing the entire process with the aim of reaching the planned quantities and production quality. Improving the key performance indicators according to the company policy while striving for continuous improvement.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Creates and maintains a safe environment according to the applicable statutory, local regulations, policies and procedures.
    • Effectively manages the brewing/utilities process and realizes the production plan by ensuring optimal engagement of people and oversees the interfaces with other production processes and sections.
    • Sustains and improves product quality and process conditions in the brewing and Utilities, in compliance with the local quality standards, regulations and procedures.
    • Ensures the execution of the CIP activities to support proper hygiene standard.

    Automation Engineer, Packaging

    Job Summary

    • Manage the Automation Processes in Packaging, ensuring the reliability and availability of all production equipment having a long-term focus and providing input to planning and execution of maintenance plans, keeping health and safety as a priority.
    • Leads continuous improvement using KPI- and TPM tools.

    Experience & Profile

    • General knowledge of maintenance engineering processes; i.e. have basic knowledge of cost driver and performance killer analysis, ABC criticality ranking, preventive maintenance, critical spare parts selection, item segmentation & inventory management, asset performance management.
    • Good knowledge of maintenance operations and CMMS (i.e. asset master data key-user and becoming/training for asset master data expert).
    • Excellent technical maintenance analysis- and reporting skills. People management and leadership. Facilitating skills / ability to organize and facilitate workshops for multidisciplinary
    • In-depth competence in Maintenance Methodology, TPM or Six Sigma and project Management, what effective maintenance delivery looks like and how to measure it
    • Experience in change management and process improvement activities, designing scalable solutions and implementing these at pace and at scale.
