    Corporate Travel Manager

    Location: Ikeja

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Corporate Travel Manager would be responsible for managing corporation's travel services.  The ideal candidate would:

    • Drive sales and business development goals
    • Manage all customer service channels in such manners as to optimize engagement, improve quality of service and deliver an deeply satisfying customer experience
    • Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business as it relates to your department or division.
    • Create dynamic solutions to help the company thrive amidst intense competition
    • Promote existing travel products and services
    • Develop new products and services
    • Deliver a deeply satisfying customer experience
    • Liaise with the travel partners, including airlines, hotels, tours and other travel service providers to manage bookings and schedules, often in advance and prior to expiry of existing arrangements;

    • Participate actively in the promotion and marketing of existing and new travel products and services to existing and prospective customers;’

    • Possess a bachelor degree.
    • Minimum of three years managerial experience in a travel and tourism company;
    • Demonstrated skills, expertise and passion to deliver top notch travel solutions to customers within his or her coverage.
    • Candidate must have extensive experience in travel bookings, reservations, itinerary management, change management etc.
    • He or she must be able to lead and manage high level engagements and must be seen to offer impressive travel advisory services to the company and its various customers.

    The Retail Travel Manager would be responsible for focusing on improving the commercial performance of the company by increasing turnover and maximizing on making profits.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Ecommerce manager would be responsible for the end-to-end online and digital strategy of the company. The ideal candidate would:

    • Oversee issues relating to the company’s website, mobile app, booking portal
    • Take full responsibility to generate sales and business development engagements through the respective channels.
    • Oversee the activities of digital marketers, web managers and software consultants to drive traffic on company website, mobile and booking portal.

    Tourism, Hotels and Holidays Manager

    Location: Ikeja

    The Tourism, Hotels and Holidays Manager would be responsible for managing tickets and other relevant documents, seat allocations and any special requirements. The ideal candidate would:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with passport and immigration issues required for travel;
    • Help holidaymakers check-in and settle into their accommodation;
    • Communicate a range of information on itineraries, destinations and culture;
    • Make sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and services are satisfactory;
    • Ensure that the tour is running smoothly for individual members of the group;
    • Respond to questions and offering help with any problems that may arise, ranging from simple matters, such as directing a member of the group to the nearest chemist, to more serious issues, such as tracing lost baggage;
    • Deal with emergencies, such as helping a holidaymaker who is ill or those needing to contact family members urgently;
    • Make contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements;
    • Liaise with hotels, coach companies, restaurants and other clients;
    • Advise about facilities, such as sights, restaurants and shops, at each destination;
    • Make accommodation bookings on proposed dates occasionally;
    • Writing reports and maintaining records;
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
