    Field Operations Personnel

    Position Overview:

    The Field Operations Personnel is responsible for hands-on support and execution of on-ground events, brand activations, and related field operations. This role ensures all logistical and operational elements run smoothly from setup to breakdown contributing to a seamless and impactful event experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    On-Ground Support:

    • Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of event venues, including signage, equipment, props, and materials.

    Event Execution:

    • Support the coordination and smooth running of activations, ensuring operational readiness and attention to detail throughout the event.

    Logistics Management:

    • Handle logistics such as transporting event materials, loading/unloading supplies, and coordinating on-site deliveries.

    Vendor Liaison:

    • Work alongside vendors and service providers during events to ensure timely execution of responsibilities (e.g., sound, lighting, catering, rentals).

    Inventory & Equipment:

    • Track and manage event-related equipment and materials before, during, and after activations to ensure accountability and proper use.

    Problem Solving:

    • Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues on the ground to minimize disruption and maintain a high-quality guest experience.

    Reporting & Feedback:

    • Provide detailed feedback after each event regarding logistics, execution, and any challenges encountered to support post-event evaluation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND qualification; additional certification in Logistics, Event Support, or related field is a plus
    • 1–2 years experience in field operations, logistics, or event support roles
    • Physically fit and able to handle hands-on duties (e.g., lifting, setup)
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
    • Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
    •  Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, or travel for assignments as needed
    • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

    Business Development Executive

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our FoodCourt Catering & Events and B2B Meal Supply verticals. This role involves driving partnerships with corporate organizations, institutions, and event planners to deliver bulk meal solutions and full-service catering for events. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and delivering tailored food solutions that meet client needs at scale.

    Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across sectors such as corporate offices, hospitals, schools, event planners, and government institutions.
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and closing deals.
    • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client expectations.
    • Maintain CRM systems and generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients by ensuring post-sale satisfaction,

    Catering & Events:

    • Engage event planners, HR/event leads in companies, wedding planners, and community organizations to promote foodcourt catering services.
    • Prepare proposals and pricing for event catering packages—corporate events, parties, conferences, weddings, and product launches.
    • Attend and represent the company at tastings, event setups, and industry expos to foster brand visibility.
    • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution with the operations team for each event.

    General Business Development:

    • Research and identify new business opportunities, sectors, and niches to expand the customer base.
    • Maintain detailed records of leads, sales pipelines, and client feedback using CRM tools.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Work closely with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and B2B collateral.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Experience working with corporate catering, bulk meal services, or institutional food supply.
    • Existing network of contacts in the corporate, healthcare, or educational sectors.
    • Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards.
