    Personal Driver to the MD

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Pick up MD from his residence to the office and other important places
    • Arrange regular cleaning and maintaining services for the vehicle
    • Planning each routes based on road and traffic conditions.
    • 15days before expiration of vehicle papers notify Admin /Operations in writing to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated.
    • Always check your papers regularly
    • Drive in compliance with the road traffic laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
    • Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including driving codes and standards.
    • Alcohol must not be consumed or present while on duty or within the company premises.
    • Ensure daily cleaning, (interior and exterior) of the vehicles and must be in good working condition at all times.
    • Drive vehicles for official travel and business or as requested by the management

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess High School Certificate
    • Must have 2-5 years’ work experience
    • Proven experience as a driver
    • A clean driving record
    • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhood within Lagos Environ
    • Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
    • Availability to work on weekends where necessary
    • A polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. Rush hours).

    Salary
    N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.

    Finance Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Provide professional guidance and processing for all day to day business and financial transaction.
    • Vet all financial transactions and ensure they meet our internal control processes
    • Process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
    • Ensure timely (monthly, quarterly and annual) preparation and presentation of management and financial reports
    • Dealing with daily transaction for petty cash and ensuring that reconciliation are completed on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Prepare financial accounts by ensuring all account schedules agree with General ledger balances.
    • Maintains day to day relationship with the banks and ensuring that all funds are effectively managed
    • To review monthly payroll process , maintaining an efficient and prompt payment of salaries
    • To provide efficient management , leadership and supervision of the staff and overall department function
    • Ensure that daily financial transactions are promptly captured
    • Ensures that liquidity for the firm is guaranteed
    • Other duties as assigned by the management

    Requirements

    • Good First Degree in Accounting, Economics
    • A Masters Degree in Finance or other relevant postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
    • Must have professional certification and membership(ICAN/ACCA/CFA/CPA)
    • A Minimum of 5 years Post NYSC experience in a similar role
    • You must be experienced, comfortable & proficient in the use of Peachtree Software and Microsoft Excel.

    Salary
    N130,000 - N150,000 / month.

    Procurement Officer

    • Create purchase order and send then to chosen vendors
    • Maintain good relationship with vendors /suppliers.
    • Treat requisition from the shelf attendant
    • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
    • Review and analyze all vendors /supplies are high quality
    • Discover profitable supplies and initiate business and organization partnership.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND or OND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • A Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a corporate environment.
    • Proven working experience in Procurement
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook­)
    • Talent in negotiations and networking
    • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
    • Strong leadership capabilities
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Goal Oriented, organized team player.
    • Good communication skills.

    Salary
    N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
