    Ecosystem Coordinator (Abuja)

    The Job

    • The Ecosystem Coordinator will work closely with all actors across Tiko Ecosystems to tackle any first line non-technical questions that they may have. You will visit ecosystems across the country to do regular in-person check ups with actors.

    You'll also be responsible for:

    • Mapping and setting up new Tiko ecosystems and finding and contracting all new actors 
    • Responding to questions asked by actors across ecosystems via phone, internet and other sources. You'll solve any issues within your capabilities and escalate any other issues to the right internal team. 
    • Ensuring that branding has been done correctly at each actor, and providing support where you identify compliance issues.
    • Coordinating activities with other field teams to ensure that work runs smoothly and effectively. 
    • Identifying, preventing and responding to, and mitigating any kind of fraud in any ecosystem that you work in. This will involve flagging and reporting any suspicious activity or breaches of our code of conduct and standard operating procedures. 

    About you

    • You are tech-savvy and proficient in mobile, messaging and use of applications. You have brilliant interpersonal skills and are able to work well in a team. You're a problem solver, who has the ability to innovate and improve the way that work is done. 

    Requirements

    • Based in Abuja, Nigeria (Mandatory).
    • A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
    • Experience in Mental Health, HIV, Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) programming, whether in clinical or program settings.
    • 2-3 years of working experience in a similar area.
    • Salesforce experience is a plus
    • You are approachable and work well in a team.

    Ecosystem Trainer (Abuja)

    The job

    • The Ecosystem Trainer will work closely with all actors across Tiko Ecosystems to ensure that they can work with our platform and its offers.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for:

    • Conducting training when a new clinic, provider or retailer is onboarded onto our platform. This training will ensure that the actor is aware of how TIko works and their role in the ecosystem, our standard operating procedure, our code of conduct and other policies they would need to comply with. 
    • Tracking inventory of all actors on the platform and whether each actor has a sufficient number of people that have been trained on Tiko at all times. 
    • Updating actors when new offers are introduced on the platform, and providing the training on how these can be accessed, and on how they work. 
    • Identifying, preventing and responding to and mitigating any kind of fraud in any ecosystem that you work in. This will involve flagging and reporting any suspicious activity or breaches of our code of conduct and standard operating procedures. 

    About you

    Requirements

    • Expertise in facilitating or training of trainers (ToT).
    • Degree in Social Science, Public Health, Community Development, or a related field preferred.
    • Approachable and works well in a team.
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
    • Fluency in English (mandatory).

    Assurance Manager

    The Job

    • The Assurance Manager implements Tiko’s global verified results strategy. You proactively reduce the risks associated with executing our programs in all countries of operation. You also monitor and review all risk indicators to ensure they are within tolerable levels.

    You'll also be responsible for:

    • Risk management strategy: You help design, test, and implement a risk management strategy that ensures Triggerise complies with donor and regulatory requirements and minimises the risk of abuse of our resources in 
    • Control tools: You develop tools that Triggerise and its partners can use to identify and verify the use of our Tiko platform and that allows us to take swift and appropriate action when needed. You will contract and oversee internal and external parties that oversee data verification, mystery clients and other assurance activities in countries of operation..
    • Auditing and investigations: It is your duty to ensure that day-to-day reviews of incidences, risk flags, and follow-up activities are carried out. Similarly, support in developing and implementing audit and investigation processes to ensure well-managed incidences, including SEAH investigations where necessary.
    • Risk reporting: You are responsible for the periodic risk reporting towards the organization and our donors.
    • Leading your team: You lead and develop the individuals in your team. You mentor them if needed. We also expect you to continue to develop yourself and keep abreast of new developments in your field.

    About you

    • You lead by example and with the strength of your vision, you can build a strategy and ensure that goals are reached. You are someone who pays attention to detail and has excellent analytical skills. You have an extremely thorough approach to their work and ensure that tasks are followed up on and completed in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    • A finance or risk-focused qualification (CFE, CIA, CPA or any other relevant qualification).
    • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
    • You pay high attention to detail and have excellent analytical skills.
    • You have good problem-analysis and solving skills.
    • You can maintain high levels of confidentiality and your integrity is beyond reproach.
    • Must be Based in Nigeria, Zambia or Ethiopia
