About THRIVE
- Transforming Health and Resilience for Individuals through Vibrant Empowerment (THRIVE) Award. THRIVE is a five-year agreement by USAID, commenced on December 19, 2024. THRIVE is implemented by Center for Clinical Care and Research Nigeria.

- The Food Security Advisor will provide overall technical leadership and oversight for the design and implementation of the food security and agriculture value chain development interventions.
- S/he will be responsible for leading the implementation of THRIVE project’s efforts to improve food security for positive HIV treatment outcomes through increased and inclusive resilience, productivity, diversification, financial management and stability of agricultural value chains.

- Develop and regularly update the project stakeholders’ directory, manage project issue log and cascade the issues with responsible CCCRN THRIVE project staff in a timely manner.
- Candidate will ensure that products and services from staffs and her vendors meets the CCCRN meets minimum quality standards at all levels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community feedback and response mechanisms
- Ensure proper archiving of project documents and support to the build of an “institutional memory.”
- With guidance from CLA Advisor, Craft compelling communication products highlighting the key learnings, including abstracts, project/policy briefs, data-informed recommendations, and calls to action for contribution to global body of knowledge
- Ensure documentation is evidence-based and addresses common myths and misconceptions about the project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Development or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in implementation science and or operations research or publication in local or international journals according to standards (abstracts, blogs, etc.).
- Experience working with NGO implementing USAID funds and conversant with the use of MS Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
