    Senior Human Resources Officer (HR Analyst)

    Job Overview

    • Manage the HRIS platform to ensure data integrity, generate reports, and provide insights for strategic HR decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
    • Generate detailed reports and dashboards to analyze HR metrics.
    • Identify and recommend system enhancements.
    • Provide HRIS training and technical support to HR staff.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership to align data insights with organizational goals.
    • Analyze workforce trends to provide insights for decision-making.
    • Ensure data accuracy and provide reports for compliance and auditing purposes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT, HR, or related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of HRIS management and data analysis experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in HR technology platforms and reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
    • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
    • CIPM Certification is an added advantage.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.

    Finance / Accounting Manager

    Job Summary

    • Provide leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. 
    • Manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and deliver insights to support business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
    • Develop and manage comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
    • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Collaborate with auditors for internal and external audits.
    • Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
    • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
