Job Summary

• Provide leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. 
• Manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and deliver insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
• Develop and manage comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, including training and development.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ICAN/ACCA Certification is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management and accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
