    Welfare and Learning Officer

    Benefits Administration

    • Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, pension  contributions, and leave management
    • Liaise with third-party providers (HMOs, insurance firms, pension  fund administrators)
    • Group Life, Accident Claim, Life Insurance, Liaise with NSITF 
    • Conduct periodic benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness in the  market

    Employee Welfare

    • Implement employee wellness and welfare programs (healthcare,  work-life balance, mental health support, etc.)
    • Coordinate social and team-building events (e.g., end-of-year parties,  birthdays, staff retreats)
    • Manage staff grievance procedures related to welfare issues and  escalate when needed
    • Ensure a safe and conducive work environment, liaising with facility  and safety teams
    • Maintain up-to-date welfare policy documents and ensure compliance  with labor laws

    Rewards and Recognition

    • Manage employee reward and recognition frameworks (bonuses, LSA, BEST Awards, etc.)
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs and  suggest improvements
    • Implement monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition programs

    Employee Engagement

    • Support surveys and feedback initiatives to measure employee  satisfaction
    • Recommend interventions to improve morale and reduce turnover
    • Serve as the liaison between staff and management for nondisciplinary concerns

    Learning program coordination and administration

    • Provide administrative and logistical support for all training  programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
    • Help maintain accurate training records, update employee  development plans, and manage the company's Learning 

    Management System (LMS).

    • Work with line managers to track and monitor employee progress  during training.
    • Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject  matter experts as needed.

    Reporting & Compliance

    • Prepare monthly reports on welfare activities and employee  participation
    • Track and analyze reward data to ensure ROI and alignment with HR  strategy
    • Ensure all programs comply with Nigerian Labour Law and company  policies

    Head of Legal and Company Secretary

    Responsibilities

    Company secretarial:

    • Ensuring PZCN complies with applicable corporate governance requirements and laws in connection with its status as a listed company;
    • Supporting PZCN board and committee meetings;
    • Organising PZCN’s annual general meeting and leading preparation of its annual report;
    • Establishing and managing relationships with PZCN retail and top shareholders;
    • Monitoring PZCN share register movements;
    • Provision of subsidiary company secretarial services, corporate governance, transaction advisory, compliance with statutory filings;

    Legal & compliance:

    • Provison of legal advisory services to ensure that the companies and their subsidiaries are compliant with applicable laws; management of litigation and disputes; advising on complex commercial contracts and managing legal risks;
    • Ensure compliance with data protection including Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR);
    • Ensure the company’s Code of Ethical Conduct policies are embedded and complied with and investigations are conducted appropriately;
    • Protect our IP portfolio in Africa, working with the PZC group head of intellectual property;
    • Establish and manage relatonships with government departments and regulators including the CAC, SEC, NGX, NAFDAC and NOTAP;

    Other:

    • Oversee the company’s property portfolio ensuring titles are properly maintained and protected, statutory payments are made and records updated, and supporting the lease or sale of unused properties; and
    • Other relevant assignments that may be assigned by members of the Board and management leadership team.

    Qualifications/ Skills Requirement:

    • B.L, LL.B
    • Membership of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN) or other qualification as required by CAMA 2020
    • Be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint (Good Presentation Skills)
    • 8+ years’ work experience as a practicing lawyer
    • Previous experience inhouse highly desirable
    • Previous experience with an international company, or working internationally, beneficial
    • Sound knowledge of commercial law and corporate governance
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to influence, impact and convince others
    • Collaborate and able to work well as part of a diverse team

    RMS Assistant Store Keeper

    Supporting the RMS storekeeper in the daily management and operations of the Site raw materials store. To assist in ensuring effective control of the store

    • To receive and issue packing materials to the factory. To handle returns of packing materials.
    • Issuance of packing materials to other units’ e.g. Ilupeju etc.
    • Documentation of packing materials.
    • Reconciliation of packing material abstract with physical figures and call-over with office
    • Advise of weekly issues to Factory of Packing Materials.
    • To input into computer all weekly issues of packing materials.
    • All other assignments that may be delegated to him from time to time.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Proper and accurate documentations at all times.
    • Proper reconciliation of packing materials as to avoid loses.
    • To advise the office promptly of issue of packing materials.
    • No mistakes are expected in the computer inputs.
    • To promptly attend to delegated functions.

    • Production Workers
    • Etc.

    Key Activities:

    • To be aware of the hazards in the workplace within his control, and the control measures to reduce the risk associated with those hazards.
    • Achieve 85% of action closure arising from monthly HSE inspection.
    • Achieve 95% compliance with behaviour-based safety (BBS) walk around.
    • Train 65% of the workforce on safety awareness.

    ENVIROMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) OBJECTIVES

    Key Activities:

    • Understand roles and responsibilities and the importance of conformity with the EMS requirements.
    • Implements and complies with EMS requirements relating to environmental aspects and impacts and other policies, procedures and /or regulations applicable to assigned jobs.

    INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

    • To work with other staff continually to improve performance while adhering to legislative and company standards.
    • To work closely as a team with the line manager and other leaders as to deliver set objectives

    Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed: Required Qualifications:

    • OND/HND/BSc in Social Science, Engineering

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in a similar position
    • Software Knowledge
