We are now looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our next phase of growth in Nigeria.

What You Bring
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 7+ years’ senior commercial leadership experience in media, advertising, tech, or FMCG.
Deep knowledge of and networks within the Nigerian market.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Lead to drive the strategic vision and execution of our brand initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the betting industry, with a proven track record of translating brand efforts into measurable business success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives, demonstrating familiarity with betting mechanics, product lifecycles (pre-match, in-play), and core user behavior.
Build strong relationships and operational alignment with the team, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the competitive market and cultural nuances in the betting industry.
Communicate high-level strategy effectively, translating project efforts into strategic business metrics that significantly impact the brand.
Continuously analyze client’s performance data, identifying opportunities and gaps to provide recommendations that drive upsell opportunities.
Ensure a strong understanding of how services (SEO, content, campaigns) directly contribute to commercial goals such as deposits, sign-ups and customer retention, with every initiative having a clear path to revenue growth.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) beyond vanity metrics, focusing on Revenue Per User (RPU), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and campaign-attributed profit.
Exhibit excellent project management skills, ensuring content, campaigns and reporting are clear, consistent, and delivered on time, fostering client trust and confidence.
Qualifications
2 - 3 years of direct management.
Must be familiar with local Nigerian betting mechanics, user journeys and global compliance standards.
Proven success using digital marketing to increase high-value metrics (e.g., "Increased deposits by 25%," or "Reduced CPA by 18%," or "Drove a $X new service upsell").
Experience leading a team composed of different specializations (e.g., an SEO specialist, a copywriter, art directors, social media managers, a strategist and a media buyer) toward a unified, commercial goal.
Experience in formal project management practices, ensuring client deliverables are consistently clear, on time and building confidence (validated by PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus).
