    Sales Promoter

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to support our phone screen business by engaging potential customers, showcasing product features, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile accessories, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers both in-store and at promotional events. This role plays a key part in increasing product visibility, educating customers on phone protection solutions, and helping the team achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Product Demonstration & Promotion:

    • Present and explain the features, benefits, and differences between phone screens (e.g., tempered glass, privacy screens, curved-edge protection) and related accessories to customers.

    Customer Engagement:

    • Actively approach customers, answer questions, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable phone screen solutions.

    Sales & Targets:

    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

    Promotional Activities:

    • Represent the business at events, trade shows, or pop-up locations to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

    Reporting:

    • Record customer interactions, sales transactions, feedback, and inventory needs; submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay up to date on new phone screen products, features, and industry trends to serve as a trusted expert for customers.

    Requirements & Skills

    Educational Background:

    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Marketing or related field preferred).

    Sales Experience:

    • Prior experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage.

    Communication:

    • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Customer Focus:

    • Strong ability to understand customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.

    Target-Driven:

    • Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment and focused on achieving targets.

    Teamwork & Initiative:

    • Works well independently and as part of a team; takes initiative to help improve sales performance.

    Basic Tech Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with mobile phone models and common screen protection products is a plus (optional)

    Benefits

    • Salary: Net monthly salary of ₦80,000.
      Commission: Performance-based commission available
