Loans/Savings/Business Development Officer at Atuspay

Atuspay is a fast-growing fintech company providing innovative digital financial solutions, including savings, loans, and investment services. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Loans / Savings / Business Development Officer to drive customer acquisition, manage loan and savings products, and support business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, managing loan and savings portfolios, and supporting business development efforts to expand the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Loans & Credit Operations

• Market and onboard customers for loan products.
• Assess loan applications and collect required documentation.
• Support loan disbursement and repayment monitoring.
• Follow up on repayments and manage delinquent accounts.
• Work with recovery teams to minimize loan defaults.

Savings & Investment Management

• Promote savings products and investment plans.
• Manage customer savings portfolios.
• Educate customers on savings and investment benefits.
• Monitor savings performance and customer retention.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Promote company products and services in assigned locations.
• Support marketing campaigns and field activations.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide product guidance and customer support.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Submit field and portfolio reports to management.
