Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our organization.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing sound legal advice and representation across a range of legal and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and opinions on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Handle SCUML registrations, reporting, and ongoing AML/CFT compliance requirements
• Manage AGIS-related filings, documentation, and liaison with relevant government agencies
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal docents
• Represent the organization in court proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations where required
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and government agencies
• Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 7–12 years post-call experience
• Must be called to the Nigerian Bar
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws and legal procedures
• Demonstrable experience with SCUML (Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering) compliance and registrations
• Working knowledge of AGIS (Abuja Geographic Information Systems) and government-related documentation
• Experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters efficiently.

Job Description

• This role requires adherence to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and cargo, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company / private vehicles to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries and pick-ups.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing regular checks and maintenance.
• Plan and manage efficient routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding driving and safety.
• Complete vehicle logs and reports as required.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and company personnel.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to management immediately.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and appropriate certifications.
• Proven experience as a driver (6+years).
• Knowledge of Abuja and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns and routes.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings / late nights.
• A clean driving record and no history of serious traffic violations.
• Must be willing to start immediately.
• Must be able to drive manual vehicle.
• Must have a smart phone and know how to use google map.
• Must be willinng to live in the house of your employer
• Must be willing to feed himself
• Must have good hygiene
• Must be residents of Abuja or Nassarawa.
