    Information Technology (IT) Officer

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Analyse the requirements of the company and organise the IT resources of the company accordingly.
    • Evaluate the needs of the company and choose the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements such as networking etc.
    • Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competences in practical microfinance banking willbe an added advantage.
    • Address a wide range of problems involving network architecture; implementation of process flow automation; hardware and software; server administration; wireless networking; and information management
    • Provide technical support in line with the organisation’s operating strategy.
    • Carry out periodic systems preventive maintenance/health checks, prepare reports and make necessary recommendation to improve system performance/reliability
    • Carry out regular systems (servers/storage) upgrade across the organisation
    • Monitor and manage systems - gateway devices (routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN) systems and the server systems (the network server, e-mail server, ISA server and database) for the organisation
    • Make recommendations on policies and procedures for IT acquisition and utilization
    • Manage information technology support functions and review/recommend appropriate alternative system options.

    Qualification & Required Skills

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
    • A minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
    • Evidence of professional qualifications will be an added advantage
    • Demonstrated competence in the management of a wide range of transmission and networking systems
    • Experience in monitoring and managing network using appropriate network administration tools
    • Strong team building and nurturing skills & Project management skills.
    • Applicant with good knowledge of repairing Printer/Photocopy machine and is familiar with Computer Village, Ikeja will be an advantage.

    Marketer

    Location: Yaba, Lagos.

    Job Summary

    A marketer is responsible for prospecting, marketing, business development and income generation in line with the key performance indicators. The marketer is the interface between the bank and the customer and nurtures mutually beneficial relationships between both parties.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth within the Key performance indicators; liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, and e banking product offerings
    • Evaluate credit worthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation
    • Monitors active loans and enforce collection and recoveries
    • Ensures the achievement of all budget parameters
    • Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services
    • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals
    • Expedites the resolution of complaints to maximize satisfaction and boost customer service experience
    • Achieve a healthy portfolio and deposit mix
    • Executes marketing strategy and develop marketing campaigns
    • Ensures compliance with all internal policies and regulatory guidelines
    • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, etc.
    • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    • Identify potential loan markets and develop referral networks
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc in Social Science or any other related course
    • Evidence of completion / exemption of / from NYSC

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in a marketing role is an added advantage

    • Proven ability to drive the sales process
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
