    Senior Manager - Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem

    Mission:

    • To lead the development, execution, and governance of strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and customer value within the Fixed Broadband (FBB) division.

    Description:

    • Develop and execute strategic partnership frameworks aligned with FBB objectives.
    • Identify, onboard, and manage ecosystem partners, processes and dashboards across technology, content, and service domains using advanced project management and analytics methodologies.
    • Drive co-creation initiatives with partners to enhance customer experience and value propositions.
    • Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and partner governance.
    • Balance innovation with compliance and risk management.
    • Review market and contribute to the development of marketing strategies for MTNN FBB, demonstrating an understanding of MTNN direction and business strategies.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor partner performance KPI’s ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs.
    • Establish and maintain regular Partner and Eco-system governance processes. 
    • Monitor and optimize commercial outcomes from partnerships (e.g., revenue share, customer acquisition, ARPU uplift).
    • Facilitate all meetings and provide readout to program leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on administration of contracts to ensure performance, resource plans, and payments are met in adherence with the project plan.
    • Identify and escalate contractual issues problematic or inconsistent with company processes. 
    • Create Partnerships and Eco-systems notifications, participates in requests for proposals and various other contractual documentation. 
    • Maintain current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices to appropriately analyze terms and conditions of contracts.
    • Evaluate operational issues and considerations in vendor contract enforcement and work with key stakeholders to administer well plans.
    • Create standardized material, forms, and documents for Partnerships and Eco-systems contract administration and management.
    • Provide support to various teams in terms of contract documentation interpretation.
    • Manage incentives and penalties, as appropriate, to drive the required Partner performance.
    • Train and develop personnel in the effective use of tools, products, and procedures and delivery training.
    • Participate in tool selection and development of vendor management tools

    Education:

    • First  degree in Social science or any relevant discipline 
    • Post graduate degree in a related field or an MBA is an advantage 

    Experience:

    9 - 17 years’ experience including: 

    • Manager track record of 3 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry 
    • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous
    • 4 years management experience in telecommunication industry and customer negotiations 
    • Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem orchestration skills

    Manager - Regional Technical PHC

    Reports To: Senior Manager - Network Regional Coordination Eastern Region

    Division: Network

    Mission:

    • To provide line management functions for the Network Group’s resources in the region and act as primary interface with MTNN management for technical/engineering responsibility and authority within a region. 
    • Represent NWG on technical, business and regulatory matters in the region
    • Oversee the activities of the Managed Services Vendors in the region and ensure delivery of set quality targets for the region
    • Oversee the activities of Tower providers in the region through governance.

    Description:

    • Implement procedures, processes and systems to track and monitor Network service quality and customer-service standards within the region. 
    • Ensure coordination of all operations and optimization activities towards meeting set KPI and customer experience targets. 
    • Own end to end network and customer experience KPI's within the region.
    • Ensure effective distribution, utilization and management of staff and resources in the region to achieve agreed objectives
    • Design, plan and maintain guidelines/standards from centralized functions and translate into executable activities with regional staff. 
    • Develop and produce reports to evaluate/benchmark regional performance in accordance with Network Division guidelines.

    Analyst - Credit Performance

    Division: Finance

    Mission:

    • Monitor, review and generate reports on Trade partners and credit customers’ performance in line with the credit management policy in order to grow revenue

    Description:

    • Regular follow up on postpaid ’s transactions to ensure compliance with credit terms
    • Prepare reports periodically according to reporting deadlines.
    • Generate credit performance report indicating the ageing of debts and collections.
    • Generate and evaluate Trade Partner and customer credit status, credit utilization and credit sales reports.

    Officer - Logistics Operations

    Reports To: Manager - Logistics and Warehouse East

    Division: Finance

    Mission:

    • To support the logistics processes which covers storage and transportation of requirements for Trading Stock and Fixed Assets. 
    • Also responsible for planning & management of deliveries, management of inventory returned from site/customers including receipt, repair / replacement by supplier or declared as scrap and disposal.  

    Description:

    • Manage Inbound Transportation
      • Update carrier rates and setup Related Carrier Configuration in oracle
      • Responsible for arranging / obtaining the customs clearance documents and verifying the accuracy & completeness against stipulated requirements
      • Prepare Import Customs Documents as per the statutory guidelines
      • Assign shipment to the supplier as per the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and track status for reporting
    • Manage Inbound Operation
      • Receive Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) from supplier and update the oracle
      • Schedule receipt based on the ASN received and arrange for logistics   
      • Update/ maintain Shipment Line Groups and Expected Shipment Lines (lines refer to shipping routes). Verify that required fields have been updated
      • Participate and provide inputs in ad-hoc meetings
      • Execute day-to-day operations
      • Resolve operational issues

    • Manage Outbound Operations
      • Arrange deliveries for the orders in case of parcel shipment and Full Truck Load (FTL) / Less than Truck Load (LTL)

    Reports To: Chief Sales & Distribution Officer

    Mission

    • To provide administrative support services to the office of the Chief Sales and Distribution Officer and thus contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

    Description

    • Act as the point of contact to the Chief Sales and Distribution Officer (CSDO), handling and distributing confidential mails, telephone calls, faxes, etc.
    • Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing (electronic and hard) process.
    • Manage sensitive matters and information regarding peculiar issues within the department.
