    Human Resource Officer

    POSITION SUMMARY

    You will be responsible for a range of Human resources activities as well as handling administrative tasks for the division.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
    • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background check.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
    • Develop and implement employee development plans.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or relevant certification is a plus
    • Proven experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles, preferably in an automotive sector or related industry.
    • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    Auto-Electrician & Mechanical Technician

    POSITION SUMMARY

    You will be involved in installing electrical, mechanical, and electronic component, while ensuring that quality service is done

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Install mechanical, electrical, and electronic components in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings.
    • Apply correct torque values using calibrated tools.
    • Align and fit assemblies such as engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and steering systems.
    • Carry out in-line and end-of-line inspections to detect defects or deviations.
    • Perform functional tests (engine start-up, brake performance, steering response, lighting, HVAC, and electronic systems
    • Identify, report, and rectify assembly-related defects.
    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults arising during assembly.
    • Rework or replace defective components in line with approved procedures.
    • Support rectification of vehicles flagged during PDI or road testing.
    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and takt-time requirements.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's/HND/ND Degree in any related discipline.
    • Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Proven experience as an automotive Technician.
    • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
    • Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role in the production department in a related industry.

    QC/QA Supervisor

    POSITION SUMMARY

    You will specialize in carrying out and implementing systems and procedures that ensure product quality within the organization. You are responsible for devising priorities and standards, managing schedules to abide by the production timeline, monitoring activities, coordinating with production and quality control personnel and assessing employee performance

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To check the quality of production line output.
    • Defect monitoring & giving communication to internal and concerned respective departments.
    • Keeping record of daily trim out quality concern.
    • Ensures that equipment is calibrated as at when due and that the record of calibration is properly kept.
    • Reviews and revises SOPs when necessary.
    • Maintain proper documentation for further trace-ability of products.
    • Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
    • Ensure that assembly processes comply with standards at both national and international level.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors/HND Degree in any related discipline.
    • Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory role in QC department in a related industry.
