    Infection Prevention & CSSD Solutions Specialist (Sales)

    Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic Infection Prevention & CSSD Solutions Specialist to drive business growth within our infection prevention, sterilization, and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) solutions portfolio.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare institutions to identify needs, develop tailored solutions, and support the adoption of best-in-class infection prevention technologies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales growth within the infection prevention and CSSD business line.
    • Identify and develop new opportunities within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
    • Engage clinical, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
    • Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, and business reviews.
    • Develop proposals and commercial recommendations.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
    • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
    • Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities.
    • Meet & exceed assigned sales target

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare sales, infection prevention solutions, sterilization equipment, CSSD solutions, or medical devices.
    • Knowledge of infection control practices and hospital workflows.
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Proven track record of business development success.

    Compensation Structure
    Competitive Base Salary (N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly) + Attractive Commission on Deals Closed + Performance Incentives + 13th Month + HMO + Other Benefits.

    • We are seeking a results-oriented Consumables & Recurring Revenue Business Solution Specialist to drive growth across our healthcare consumables portfolio and recurring revenue business.
    • The role involves developing strategic customer relationships, increasing product penetration, and securing long-term supply agreements with healthcare institutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of healthcare consumables and recurring revenue solutions.
    • Develop new customer accounts and expand existing relationships.

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Biomedical Engineering Services Growth Solution Specialist to drive the growth of our biomedical engineering services solutions.
    • The successful candidate will identify opportunities within healthcare institutions, develop relationships with decision-makers, and promote preventive maintenance contracts, equipment management solutions, technical support services, and other biomedical engineering offerings.

    • Drive revenue growth for biomedical engineering services.
