    Biomedical Engineering Services Growth Solution Specialist (Sales)

    Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Biomedical Engineering Services Growth Solution Specialist to drive the growth of our biomedical engineering services solutions.
    • The successful candidate will identify opportunities within healthcare institutions, develop relationships with decision-makers, and promote preventive maintenance contracts, equipment management solutions, technical support services, and other biomedical engineering offerings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive revenue growth for biomedical engineering services.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
    • Build relationships with hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders.
    • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
    • Contract negotiations and closure.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
    • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
    • Consistently meet and exceed allocated sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in healthcare, medical equipment, biomedical engineering services, or related sectors.
    • Strong understanding of hospital operations and medical technology environments.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

    Compensation Structure
    Competitive Base Salary (N250,000 - N300,000 monthly) + Attractive Commission on Deals Closed + Performance Incentives + 13th Month + HMO + Other Benefits.
