    Barista

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and serve various coffee, tea, and other beverages.
    • Present menu, take orders and make recommendations to the customers.
    • Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as grinders, espresso machines, and drip brewers.
    • Provide guests with information about the coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the coffee bar, dining area, and brewing equipment.
    • Process payments using the restaurant’s POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions.
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members, such as servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations.
    • Perform opening and closing duties including stocking taken and maintaining sales records.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • First Degree (BSc) / HND or equivalent in a relevant field with 1-3 years experience.
    • Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-end restaurant or Specialty Coffee environment.
    • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and beans.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction.
    • Knowledge of restaurant POS systems is a plus.

    Server / Waiter / Waitress

    Responsibilities

    • Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
    • Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
    • Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
    • Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for customers
    • Deliver prepared meals and beverages to tables.
    • Following health code standards about the handling of food
    • Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, and more

    Requirements

    • First degree (NCE / OND / HND / B.SC or Equivalent)
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
    • Physical abilities to carry out job functions.
    • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
    • Familiarity with food and beverage offerings.
    • At least one year of food server experience within a restaurant, hotel, or conference center operation

    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

    Requirements and skills

    • First degree (HND/BSC or Equivalent) in a relevant field.
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Ready to work 6 days in a week.
