    Location: Oyingbo, Lagos, Nigeria 

    Job Summary

    The Auto E-commerce Digital Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online platform for the purchase of fairly used vehicles shipped from abroad. This role focuses on increasing online car sales, managing digital marketing channels, improving customer trust, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end buying experience, from vehicle listing to international shipping and delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and optimize the auto e-commerce website and mobile platform.
    • Ensure accurate car listings, including photos, specifications, prices, inspection reports, and shipping timelines.
    • Work with technical teams to improve website speed, usability, and checkout flow.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, SEO, marketplaces).
    • Generate qualified leads for vehicle purchases and test drives (where applicable).
    • Manage promotions, seasonal campaigns, and financing offers.
    • Improve customer conversion from inquiry to purchase.
    • Optimize pricing strategies and installment or financing options.
    • Reduce drop-offs during the payment and documentation stages.
    • Track key performance metrics such as website traffic, leads, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
    • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to improve results.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
    • Collaborate with customer service to handle inquiries, complaints, and post-purchase support.
    • Improve customer confidence through reviews, testimonials, and clear policies.
    • Coordinate with shipping partners, inspection agencies, and clearing agents.
    • Work with operations teams to ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, automotive sales, or digital marketing.
    • Proven track record of managing online platforms and driving digital sales growth
    • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom auto platforms).

    Skills & Competencies 

    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems).
    • Understanding of automotive markets, vehicle inspection reports, and international shipping processes.
    • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across marketing, logistics, and sales teams.
