    Graphics Designer

    Job Summary:

    We are currently hiring a Graphics Designerwho is highly skilled in still, motion and animation graphics. He will work closely with other team members to brainstorm and create high quality content that reflect branding priorities.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Creating and delivering still &motion graphics for various content creative
    • Creating animation graphics for various content as required by the brand
    • Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
    • Ensure the quality management of various digital portfolios of clients across sectors.
    • Research and develop new ideas and strategies for effective content creation.
    • Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original.
    • Develop plagiarism-free content on a wide variety of topics for multiple sectors.
    • Create eye-catching and attention-grabbing headlines.
    • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.
    • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
    • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
    • Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques

    Key Requirements

    • No years of experience required so long as the applicant scales through the assessment test.
    • Candidate must have prior experience and a strong portfolio of sample projects.
    • Candidate must be able to use Canva and google drive effectively
    • Candidate should possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
    • Must have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
    • Excellent grammar and writing skills.
    • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools and Google Drive
    • Candidate should possess organizational skill and can prioritise effectively
    • Possess excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate generated ideas
    • Should be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with team members.

    Content Writer

    JOB SUMMARY

    The content writer will be responsible for developing and writing vital and standard content for the brand, creating style and ensuring format consistency across all projects and blog post likewise work and communicate effectively with other team members to create the best content possible.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Produce well-researched content for online publications
    • Write clear marketing copy to promote the company’s products and services
    • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
    • Excellently proofread and edit blog posts before publication
    • Responsible for content promotions on social media
    • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in the company’s content and recommend new topics
    • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
    • Excellently update website content as needed
    • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
    • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
    • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
    • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results

    Requirements:

    • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
    • Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in expressions
    • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
    • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with stakeholders, colleagues, and management
    • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
    • Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
    • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
    • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
