We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making processes. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving the financial health and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
• Forecast cash flow positions and funding requirements to meet the company's financial obligations.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and provide guidance on financial matters.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or ICAN preferred.
• Proven experience  in a finance management role, preferably in [industry/sector].
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
