    Head, Product Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Responsibilities
    The Product Manager is expected to:

    • Define the product strategy and roadmap
    • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
    • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
    • Be an expert with respect to the competition
    • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
    • Perform product demos to customers
    • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
    • Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
    • Develop sales tools and collateral
    • Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and professional certificate
    • Minimum of 7 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
    • 3 years of experience in a job in the computing and lifestyle market
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Head, Retail Manager

    Job Brief

    • The goal is to manage our stores in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
    • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
    • Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
    • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
    • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
    • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
    • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays

    Head of Internal Control

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • The Director of Internal Audit is responsible for developing and maintaining the company-wide risk-based audit plan.
    • This individual leads the overall direction and leadership of the internal audit function for the organization and plans and conducts operational, financial and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and organizational risk.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for implementing, directing and overseeing the auditing and compliance programs.
    • Conducts and directs audits and ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation.
    • Assesses the adequacy and extent of programs designed to safeguard organization assets.
    • Compiles and issues reports detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for improvements.
    • Directs and appraises the activities of audit and compliance personnel.
    • Recommends employee training and modifications to procedures as needed.
    • Serves as liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies.

    Job Requirements

    • Master's Degree (M.A) in Business, Finance, Accounting or closely related field
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, or related.
    • 5 or more years experience leading and developing a team
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, human relations skills, and business acumen are essential
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically are required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
    • Knowledge in ICT finance would be a plus
    • Exposure to FMCG and retail would be appreciated
    • Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.

    Head, Facility and Admin Management

    Responsiblities

    • Plans organizes, maintains, and manages the operations and reliability of the company’s facilities and general infrastructure systems.
    • Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance processes and programs and facility inspection processes for ongoing review of maintenance work.
    • Supervises administrative services skilled and technical/support staff.
    • Develops, recommends, and administers policies, procedures, and processes in support of grounds and building maintenance operations; implements and monitors compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes.
    • Administers procurement and fiscal management activities associated with building and grounds maintenance activities.
    • Trouble-shoots and responds to after-hour issues as needed regarding the operational aspects of the facilities such as HVAC issues, fire alarm malfunctions, electrical outages, water leaks, etc.
    • Monitors the safety and accessibility of the company and its facilities. Serves as the point of contact for the department for code (e.g. ADA, Fire Life Safety) compliance issues, accessibility improvement projects, and/or other code related issues.
    • Updates and maintains list of District facilities equipment, including life-cycle and replacement costs.
    • Serves as a liaison with other departments within the company, the community, and external agencies in order to provide information on available resources, projects, and/or services.

    Job brief:

    The candidate must be able to manage the product category or range and be responsible for the pricing and overall promotion of that product or service. The category manager must have an understanding of consumer needs and the retail environment.
