Key Responsibilities
The Accounting Officer will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance & reconciliation.

Position Overview

• We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor, to provide overall leadership for our project portfolios.
• The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate projects, including high-rise buildings and navigating the regulatory landscape of Lagos and Abuja.
• You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overarching technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments, including high-rise buildings, from conception to handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory engagements, specifically with Lagos State agencies to secure all necessary permits and approvals.
• Implement and monitor advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and ensure peak project performance.
• Oversee the preparation, management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and cost-saving initiatives are identified and implemented.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in senior project management roles, with a verifiable track record of delivering large-scale real estate and construction projects in Lagos and Abuja.
• Mandatory Professional Certification: Must be a fully registered and licensed member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrable and extensive experience in liaising with Lagos and Abujalands and building regulatory agencies, with a proven ability to navigate the approval process efficiently.
• Must have spent a significant portion of their career within the real estate development and construction industry.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in multi-billion Naira project budgeting and cost control.
• Candidates must be within the age range of 40 to 50 years.

• This role reports directly to the Projects Coordinator and the Managing Director, playing a pivotal part in shaping the aesthetic and functional quality of our developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial real estate projects that align with the company's vision and market demands.
• Oversee all architectural phases of projects from feasibility studies and schematic design through design development, construction documentation, and project completion.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of architects and architectural technicians, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
• Ensure all architectural designs and documentation comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and planning authority requirements in Lagos and Abuja.
• Work closely with the Projects Coordinator, Managing Director, and multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP engineers, quantity surveyors) to integrate design intent with technical and budgetary constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification, verifiable experience in architectural design and project delivery within the real estate development and construction industry.
• Relevant professional certification and registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of architects and architectural technicians.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential and commercial projects, particularly mixed-use and high-rise developments.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.

• Prepare weekly and monthly scope of work and program/schedule of work with measurable deliverables and clear timelines for completion.
• Prepare and manage detailed materials and labour schedules to align with project timelines and procurement cycles.
• Prepare tender documents, conduct thorough cost analysis, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure accurate cost forecasting and effective risk management by staying updated on industry standards, material prices, and market trends.

• Candidates must be based in Abuja or Lagos, with the flexibility to travel between project sites as required.
