    Procurement Lead

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Procurement Lead to join our dynamic Operations team. 
    • In this role, you will manage procurement activities related to raw materials and components for production-ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness. 
    • You will be instrumental in maintaining supplier relationships, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and keeping procurement documentation accurate and up-to-date.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
    • Complete procurement documentation within the shortest authorized timeframe.
    • Ensure all materials are delivered within 4 working days of request.
    • Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of requested materials.
    • Work closely with the Store’s and Logistics teams for seamless material requests, delivery, and storage.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and invoices.
    • Prepare daily procurement tracking reports.
    • Ensure handover of materials to the Store department with proper documentation (e.g., signed waybills, invoices).
    • Verify all procured materials meet company quality standards.
    • Support supplier audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
    • Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
    • Ensure clear, error-free documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Participate in professional development and relevant training.
    • Carry out any other duties as assigned by your line manager.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A higher degree or professional certificate is an added advantage.
    • Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
    • Membership in relevant professional associations is a plus.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
    • Market intelligence and supplier evaluation ability

    Quality Control Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Control Officer to join our operations team. In this role, you will oversee and ensure compliance with international quality standards throughout our production and project processes. 
    • You will be responsible for maintaining top-tier quality assurance practices that guarantee customer satisfaction and uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor all production and project operations to ensure compliance with quality standards
    • Implement and enforce quality control plans aligned with international standards
    • Supervise inspections and documentation provided by external inspectors
    • Evaluate current quality control procedures and recommend improvements
    • Promptly report and follow up on production errors
    • Design procedures for inspection and reporting of quality concerns and equipment condition
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues
    • Conduct internal and external audits to verify quality system compliance
    • Collaborate with project managers and clients on quality-related matters
    • Coordinate with sales and project teams to meet delivery timelines
    • Review contractor quality programs and documentation for approval
    • Track corrective actions to ensure effectiveness and compliance
    • Support seamless operational workflows to promote efficient and quality output
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor material usage and regulatory compliance
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. / HND in a relevant field
    • Quality Control Certification is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in quality control
    • Experience with quality management systems

    Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and federal regulations
    • Understanding of target market expectations and customer needs
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
