    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives across our travel and hospitality operations.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for travel and customer experience.
    • This role requires cross-functional coordination, clear communication, and a results-driven approach to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute, and monitor projects across departments including operations, marketing, product development, and client services.
    • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of travel and hospitality initiatives.
    • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet goals.
    • Ensure compliance with budget, quality, and schedule expectations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement strategies.
    • Foster a collaborative environment and ensure client satisfaction remains a core focus throughout all project phases.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years experience.

    Reservation Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing customer bookings and travel reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
    • This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring accuracy in reservation details, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel products and services, and supporting the sales and operations teams in delivering a seamless travel experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle and process customer travel inquiries and reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
    • Book flights, accommodation, tour packages, transfers, and other travel services.
    • Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and internal departments to confirm bookings.
    • Provide customers with travel options, pricing, and booking recommendations based on their needs.
    • Issue tickets, vouchers, and travel documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all bookings are accurately documented and updated in the reservation system.
    • Resolve booking-related issues, cancellations, amendments, and rebookings.
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide post-booking support as required.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, airline fare rules, and promotional offers.
    • Support sales and marketing campaigns with reservation logistics and data reporting.

    Telemarketing Associate

    Job Summary

    • The Telemarketer is responsible for turning raw leads into booked appointments for the Deck Sales team by making persuasive, informative follow-up calls.
    • They report to the Deck Lead for performance accountability and to the call centre manager under Go Travel CC for administrative support and attendance tracking.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Call and qualify leads from OPC agents
    • Book and confirm appointments for presentations
    • Maintain CRM records and follow-up notes
    • Meet calling and appointment targets.

    Qualifications

    • Certificate / Diploma in Sales, Customer Service or Communication
    • 1–2 years of outbound calling or call center experience
    • Previous work in tele-sales, in either travel, hospitality, insurance, real estate, or services industries.;

    Key Competencies & Skills:

    • Excellent phone communication and professionalism
    • Objection handling and persuasive selling
    • Consistency and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).

    Deck Sales Associate

    Job Summary

    • The Deck Sales Associate is the deal-closer who delivers compelling sales presentations and converts qualified prospects into Club Concierge members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver tailored, high-impact deck presentations
    • Close sales and handle objections professionally
    • Track performance and update CRM
    • Collaborate with member services for onboarding
    • Achieve conversion targets.

    Qualifications

    • Degree / Diploma in Sales, Business, or Hospitality
    • 2 - 3 years’ experience in high-ticket B2C sales
    • Experience in travel, hospitality, insurance, and real estate is a strong advantage
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or CRM (Zoho).

    Key Competencies & Skills:

    • Strong sales and storytelling ability
    • High emotional intelligence and objection handling
    • Luxury/lifestyle selling experience
    • Professional demeanor and result orientation.
