    • Prior exposure to regulated, quality-driven environments (e.g. GMP labs, QC labs, accredited testing labs) is a strong advantage.
    • 3+ years’ professional experience, which may include laboratory work, technical roles, application support, or early commercial exposure.
    • Demonstrated commercial curiosity and confidence — comfortable questioning customer assumptions and proposing alternatives.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
    • Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory or sector.

    Commercial Mindset

    • This role suits individuals with a challenger sales orientation — those who enjoy teaching customers something new, reframing problems, and driving value-based decisions rather than transactional sales.
    • Candidates must be comfortable being measured on activity, pipeline development, and results, with clear expectations set over time.

    Remuneration and Logistics

    • Flexibility is provided for local transportation and logistics arrangements; however, a company vehicle is not provided.
