    Senior Lecturer in Marketing

    Job Description

    • Our client urgently requires the services of professional senior lecturer in Marketing who has a minimum of a Bachelor and master’s degrees in Marketing with at least 5 years lecturing experience.
    • Our client prefers a candidate who is resident in Lagos or any area close to Ogba or Berger, Lagos.

    Responsibilities
    The Job responsibilities for this position are as follows:

    • Responsible for managing taught programmes, including oversight of day to day operational processes (e.g. timetabling, assessment, examination systems) and programme accreditation processes.
    • Ensure that programme design and delivery comply with the quality standards and regulations of the Polytechnic.
    • Contribute to the development of academic processes across the institution.
    • Contribute to the development of learning and teaching strategies.
    • Teach a range of materials.
    • Develop and apply innovative and appropriate teaching techniques and material which create interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst students.

    • Be aware and informed of developments in higher education relevant to the development of learning and teaching and research strategies within the School, Faculty and University. Managing people and resources
    • Provide academic leadership to those working within programme areas, for example by agreeing work plans to ensure that programmes are delivered effectively or organising the work of a team by agreeing objectives and work plans.
    • Contribute to the development of teams and individuals through the individual performance review process and providing advice on personal development.
    • Contribute to the overall management of the School / Faculty in areas such as resource management, business and program.

    • Candidates should possess a BSc / MSc qualification with 5 - 8 years work experience.

    Responsibilities
    The Job functionalities for this position include:

    • Foster a collaborative working approach, with internal or external staff
    • Manage contractors employed for a specific purpose, such as tree surgeons or building services engineers
    • Organise repairs and maintenance

    • Must be a Professional and qualified Estate Manager who has a degree or HND in Estate management.
    • This person must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Real estate Management and must have acquired a professional certificate in Estate management.
    • Having previous experience as a Manager and residing in areas around Ikeja or close by vicinities to Ikeja will be an advantage.

    Computer Science Lecturer

    Responsibilities 
    The Job responsibilities for this position are as follows:

    • Teach introductory computer technology and data management applications courses to underclassmen as part of the Institution’s general education core curriculum
    • Participate with other department faculty members in offering advanced computer science courses to students pursuing Diplomas in fields related to computer and information technology
    • Instruct and mentor individual applied technology and computer science majors as they work their way through each department’s undergraduate programs
    • Assist department staff in managing and maintaining the Institution’s main computer lab, working rotating shifts to ensure it remains open for students during both day and evening hours
