    Heavy Duty Automobile Electrician

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Automobile Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in heavy-duty automobiles.
    • Repair and replace faulty electrical components, such as alternators, starters, and wiring.
    • Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, audio, and communication devices.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical problems and prevent breakdowns.
    • Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to address complex issues.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automobile electrical systems.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Complete accurate documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities.
    • DC auto electrical knowledge in all models listed below LMV, HMV,Mitsubishi Models, FUSO,SINO, Backhoe loaders, KCB/ACE/CAT, Cranes Grove/ TIL/ Zoomlinr / Farana, Excavator CAT / Hitachi, Loaders SEM / Volvo / Bobcat

    Qualifications

    • Candidate should possess a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum of Trade Test Certificate orNational Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
    • Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Automobile Electrician in mines and steel or engineering industry.
    • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Drill Operators (EPIROC D60)

    Job Description

    • You shall operate mobile drilling machine to drill blast holes in the underground mine.
    • You shall ensure that the blast holes are drilled accurately according to the blast design.
    • You shall adjust and maintain machinery for proper performance, including changing drill bits; repairing or replacing defective parts; and cleaning and oiling pulleys, cables and blocks.
    • You shall set up drilling and hoisting machinery, e.g. by connecting drill pipe sections, etc.
    • You shall connect power cables or hoses for water and air supply.
    • You shall operate the drilling machinery, e.g. by regulating pressure of tools, controlling the speed of rotary tables and air flow, etc.
    • You shall operate slush pumps in order to ensure circulation and consistency of drilling fluid or mud in well.
    • You shall correct problems in drilled holes caused by mechanical breakdowns or by harmful natural conditions.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must have a Valid Drivers license (Class E,H or G)
    • Candidates must have relevant working experiencemore than 5 years
    • Candidate must be ableto operate the Jack-Up/Rig/ Epiroc D60

    Purchase Officer (Engineering and Steel)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Officer with a background in engineering and steel to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing and negotiating of steel and engineering products and services required for the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify potential suppliers and evaluate them for quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of products
    • Negotiate purchasing contracts with vendors and suppliers in order to achieve cost-effective deals
    • Analyze market trends, conduct market research, identify and recommend new suppliers and products
    • Maintain and manage purchase records, prepare reports as required by management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained without overstocking
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the company and potential suppliers
    • Review purchase requisitions and place orders for goods and services
    • Issue purchase order agreements and coordinate delivery or pickup of goods
    • Conduct periodic supplier performance assessments and recommend corrective action where appropriate
    • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing procurement.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in engineering and steel procurement
    • Proven experience in negotiating with suppliers and obtaining cost-effective deals
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of SAP Procurement Module or equivalent procurement software is preferred
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    DSC Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise all aspects of the Boiler / Turbine operations during assigned shift and effectively provide direction to Field operators.
    • Ensure Boiler / Turbine is operated in a safe, efficient, and economical manner.
    • Ensure reliable operational records are maintained and recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant.
    • Participate in annual budget preparation and development of capital improvement projects with working team.
    • Superior knowledge of the operating principles of equipment and machinery used in the power plant.
    • Perform and evaluate water analysis tests and the proper treatment of boiler water.
    • Monitoring & Execution of preventive maintenance, RCA, RCM, shutdown maintenance and overhauling of equipment.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • B.Eng / B.Tech. / HND in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent from recognized Institute.
    • 5-10 years experience in Turbine & Boiler Desk Operation.
    • Good Communication Skills
    • Ability to work under pressure & Stress
    • Capable of working under strict supervision
    • Dynamic & confident act as a source of inspiration for the team.
