    Sales Executive - Processed Steel (Pipes & Electrodes)

    About the Role

    • We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Managers to join our team in Lagos, specializing in Electrodes and Pipes (one role for each product line).
    • The ideal candidates will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to market expansion in the processed steel sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
    • Ensure timely sales reporting and follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with the Product Sales Head to align with business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Education: Science graduate (Engineering preferred).
    • Experience: 5 - 6 years experience in sales, preferably in steel products (pipes, wires, or electrodes).
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a proven sales track record.

    Sales Executive (Paving stone)

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect for and develop new sales opportunities.
    • Deliver persuasive sales presentations.
    • Close deals and negotiate contracts.
    • Manage and maintain customer relationships.
    • Conduct competitor research and develop sales strategies.
    • Compile and submit daily sales reports.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
    • 5-7 years + of experience in a full-time sales role,preferably in the construction sector

    Auto-Mechanic (Heavy Duty)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Fixing giant forklifts like 16-ton Hyster and Taylor models.
    • Experience with crane, trailers, forklift
    • Becoming a master of hydraulic systems – you'll diagnose and repair all hydraulic issues like leaks and faulty valves.
    • Repairing and overhauling engines, especially if you know Cummins engines.
    • Handling all brake systems (air and hydraulic).
    • Taking charge of steering and axle repairs.
    • Doing routine service and maintenance like a pro.
    • Fixing and overhauling transmissions.
    • Solving any engine or hydraulic problem that comes your way.
    • Replacing seals on hydraulic cylinders.
    • Troubleshooting and repairing mast and carriage issues on forklifts.
    • Working with electrical systems and controllers.

    Qualifications

    • Trade test certificate with a minimum of 10 years hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic.

    Auto Mechanic Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop mechanics.
    • Perform hands-on diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on forklifts, trucks, and Hiab equipment.
    • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and promptly.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
    • Manage workshop tools, equipment, and inventory.
    • Implement and enforce safety procedures.
    • Maintain accurate service records.

    Requirements

    • B.Eng. / HND with 10 years+ experience.
    • Significant hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of forklifts, trucks, and Hiab is essential.
    • Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a workshop environment.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

    Heavy Duty Mechanic

    Responsibilties

    • Inspect, service and repair heavy mining equipment including haul trucks, bulldozers, excavators, graders and drill rigs.
    • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and perform corrective actions.
    • Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
    • Maintain accurate service records and report major faults or breakdowns.
    • Operate safely in accordance with company health, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Work collaboratively with other technicians and mining personnel to ensure equipment readiness.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Eng / HND qualification
    • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Mechanic
    • Proven experience as a heavy duty mechanic, preferably in a mining environment.
    • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy machinery systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
    • Relevant technical certifications or trade qualifications in heavy equipment mechanics
    • Physical fitness and willingness to work in challenging conditions, including shifts and remote locations.
