Auto-Mechanic (Heavy Duty)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Key Responsibilities
- Fixing giant forklifts like 16-ton Hyster and Taylor models.
- Experience with crane, trailers, forklift
- Becoming a master of hydraulic systems – you'll diagnose and repair all hydraulic issues like leaks and faulty valves.
- Repairing and overhauling engines, especially if you know Cummins engines.
- Handling all brake systems (air and hydraulic).
- Taking charge of steering and axle repairs.
- Doing routine service and maintenance like a pro.
- Fixing and overhauling transmissions.
- Solving any engine or hydraulic problem that comes your way.
- Replacing seals on hydraulic cylinders.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mast and carriage issues on forklifts.
- Working with electrical systems and controllers.
Qualifications
- Trade test certificate with a minimum of 10 years hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic.
