    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated, driven, and adventurous individual who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientelling, sourcing new clients, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
    • Evaluate team performance and provide consistent coaching; create and modify action plans for continuous staff development.
    • Stay current with market competition, industry, watch trends, and client shopping behaviors.
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen; strategically forecast, plan, and budget to meet business needs.
    • Foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, clients, and supervisors.
    • Develop product knowledge; train the team on current in-boutique and online collections.
    • Create a boutique environment that delivers authentic luxury client experiences.
    • Manage sales executives, providing feedback and development opportunities.
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
    • Revive dormant accounts and resuscitate past corporate and government accounts; sign up new clients.
    • Sell all product categories in volume for entry-level, mid-range, and high-end watches.
    • Complete all brand training requirements through e-learning and other sources.
    • Ensure all team members adhere to the company dress code.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail, watches, or fashion, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
    • Excellent business acumen, strategic planning, and client relationship management
    • Deep knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer shopping behavior
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment
    • Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences

    Salary

    • N1,500,000 / Month.

    Head of Sales

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven, and visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive luxury retail environment. This individual will oversee all sales operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences across all channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue and growth targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage all sales managers and sales executives to ensure high performance, accountability, and professional development.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Drive business development, including acquisition of new clients, corporate accounts, and high-value partnerships.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with brand strategy.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team; evaluate performance and provide coaching, action plans, and development opportunities.
    • Oversee key account management, including major dormant accounts, corporate and government accounts.
    • Ensure exceptional client experiences and maintain the highest luxury service standards across all boutiques.
    • Oversee product knowledge training and cascade brand updates to all sales staff.
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand image and attract high-end clientele.
    • Forecast, plan, and manage sales budgets to meet financial objectives.
    • Report regularly to senior leadership on sales performance, trends, and strategic initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion, with at least 7 years in senior sales leadership
    • Proven track record of leading multi-unit sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth
    • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
    • Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making capabilities
    • Excellent market knowledge, competitor analysis, and client relationship management
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and highly visible role
    • Passion for luxury products and delivering world-class customer experiences

    Salary

    • N2,500,000 - N3,000,000 / Month.
