We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven, and visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive luxury retail environment. This individual will oversee all sales operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences across all channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage all sales managers and sales executives to ensure high performance, accountability, and professional development.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
Drive business development, including acquisition of new clients, corporate accounts, and high-value partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with brand strategy.
Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team; evaluate performance and provide coaching, action plans, and development opportunities.
Oversee key account management, including major dormant accounts, corporate and government accounts.
Ensure exceptional client experiences and maintain the highest luxury service standards across all boutiques.
Oversee product knowledge training and cascade brand updates to all sales staff.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand image and attract high-end clientele.
Forecast, plan, and manage sales budgets to meet financial objectives.
Report regularly to senior leadership on sales performance, trends, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion, with at least 7 years in senior sales leadership
Proven track record of leading multi-unit sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent market knowledge, competitor analysis, and client relationship management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and highly visible role
Passion for luxury products and delivering world-class customer experiences
