Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and strategy.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities using MS Office.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as production, procurement, and finance to align and support sales initiatives.
Requirements:
4-6 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food processing or FMCG industry.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/Salesforce app.
