Job Description

• Monitoring all legal affairs within the organization.
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds.
• Offer legal advice.
• Conduct legal research.
• Ensure compliances with laid down guildlines, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Handlingall administrative tasks relating to the positionand other secretarial duties as directed by the legal counsel & company secretary.
• Handle employee relations,training, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with minimum of 2 years litigation experience in legal drafting
• Must have been called to the Nigerian bar
• Vast in cooperate law practise
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Effective interpersonal and ability to work long hours when needed.
• Strong communication skills, both writing and verbal
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
