• Establishing and enforcing rules for classroom behavior, such as quiet periods
• Planning lessons and activities according to the school’s curriculum
• Teaching children age-appropriate concepts
• Overseeing classroom activities, including playtime, breaks and meals
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming classroom
• Supervising children and ensuring their basic needs are met
• Creating interactive activities to help children build social skills, such as obstacle courses or arts and crafts
• Maintaining classroom materials and supplies
• Tracking and reporting students’ progress to their families. 

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.

• He organises the classroom, its display and the resources used
• He evaluates the pupils’ homework and makes corrections.
• He keeps an eye on each child’s progress and report to management.
• He works with other educational professionals such as social workers or psychologists to enhance teaching and learning in the school.
• He communicates with management and parents.
• He keeps up to date with the curriculum and best practices in he school.
