    Relationship Manager

    Job Summary

    • Successful candidates will work with the Head of Business Development unit and
    • Managing Director of Asset Management to drive revenue generation for the business to grow the Assets Under Management through sales of investment products to individuals both Retail and
    • HNWI, private sector entities, corporate agencies, and institutions while building and maintaining professional work relationships with them. You will be required to understand clients’ investment needs and objectives and offer the right products and advice to meet their needs, also ensuring repeated business.

    Job Description
    Lead Generation:

    • The role requires being business-oriented, identifying new markets and developing new relationships for the continuous growth of the funds and client base.
    • Meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets
    • Adequate product knowledge and giving sales presentations to prospective clients. Also emphasizing product features and how they meet customer needs.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

    Mobilization of Funds:

    • Mobilize funds from individuals and corporate entities towards ensuring that the Company’s AUM is growing.
    • The candidate is required to possess strong persuasive and convincing abilities while maintaining a good level of persistence and resilience in closing deals
    • The candidate is required to have strong presentation skills
    • Ability to efficiently sell investment solutions and constantly come up with marketing initiatives and strategies to grow the AUM of the business

    Relationship Management

    • The role requires to be customer-centric, and network-minded, possessing excellent relationship skills
    • Establish, build, and maintain pleasant professional relationships with all clients and prospects.
    • Perform proper KYC on all prospective clients before establishing financial relationships with them.
    • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the financial markets, industry, and economy, and be proactive in responses.

    Qualification / Experience

    • Graduate from any institution of learning with NYSC certificate
    • At least 1-year Sales/marketing experience with a good Sales track record in field marketing - Background in Banking is a plus

    Mathematics & Further Mathematics Teacher

    Key Responsibilities

    • Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
    • Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
    • Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons
    • Value and support students to achieve their full potential
    • Effectively manage the behavior of students
    • Engage in curriculum development and planning activities, individually and as a team
    • Oversee assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as needed.
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the principal or superintendent.
    • Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
    • Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner.
    • Invigilating quizzes and final examinations.
    • Documenting and reporting on students' progress.
    • Attending meetings with parents and staff.

    Role Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Ed / B.Sc Degree in related fields with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in the subject area.
    • MSc, MBA will be an added advantage
    • A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized, flexible disposition.
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and expression skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills.

    English Language & Literature Teacher

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, and provide instruction in English that is aligned with the National curriculum and school standards to meet the varied learning styles, abilities, and needs of students.
    • Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies.
    • Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s knowledge and abilities inappropriate grade levels and subjects.
    • Administer academic assessments for the purpose of evaluating student progress for meeting academic learning targets and progress in knowledge acquisition.
    • Establish and maintain standards of student behavior required to run an orderly and productive classroom environment.
    • Value and support students to achieve their full potential
    • Effectively manage the behavior of students
    • Engage in curriculum development and planning activities, individually and as a team
    • Participate in standardization/verification and moderation, as required
    • Ensure provision is aligned with best practices nationally
    • Take responsibility as required for the development of a relevant curriculum area
    • Take responsibility for achieving the section’s targets in retention, attendance, achievements, high grades, added value, and student satisfaction
    • Oversee assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as needed.
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the principal or superintendent.

    Role Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or above in Education, English Language
    • M.Sc, MBA will be an added advantage
    • Teacher's license holder is very important
    • 4 - 7 years of teaching experience in a reputable School.
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and expression skills.
