Job Responsiilities

• Carry out all minor maintenance on CNG skids and CNG trucks
• Inspect and replace oil filters,gas filters and engine oil during routine servicing
• Diagnose and fix brake related issues and other mechanical faults on CNG trucks
• Inspect compressor belts,valves and fittings on skids and trucks
• Ensure tightness of mechanical joints and fittings to prevent leaks
• Maintain daily maintenance log all work carried out
• Attend to all electrical and instrumentation issues on CNG skids and CNG trucks
• Inspect and maintain control panels,electrical systems,and grounding systems
• Carry out trouble shooting on motors, relays, switches and sensors
• Perform periodic checks on earthing continuity and insulation resistant
• Report major faults or repeat failures immediately for action
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Review and act on drivers checklist daily to promptly fix reported issues.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 8 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle.
• Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving.
• Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules.
• Complying with truck driving rules and regulations.
• Reporting defects, accidents and violations.
• Performing daily maintenance of truck (refueling, cleaning, etc.).
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Interacting with customers in a professional manner.
• Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Ability to drive articulated trucks.
• Good knowledge of specified routes
• Must possess a class ‘G’ driving license.
• Basic reading, writing skill and communication skill.
• Possess valid driving licence.
• Truck drivers and assistants must have good knowledge of Lagos,Ogun ,Oyo routes.
• The suitable candidate must be well mannered, articulate, understand road signs and will be required to resume immediately.
