    Finance & Account Manager

    Responsibilities
    Accounting & Financial Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (AP, AR, GL, cashbook).
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
    • Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and vendor payments
    • Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.

    Costing & Budgeting:

    • Prepare job costing for printing orders, including paper cost, ink cost, machine hours, labor, and overheads.
    • Analyze production costs and identify cost variances.
    • Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
    • Monitor raw material usage (paper, ink, plates, chemicals) for cost control.

    Billing & Revenue Management:

    • Generate customer invoices based on job completion.
    • Track receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
    • Coordinate with Sales and Production teams to ensure accurate billing.

    Inventory & Procurement Support:

    • Work with the store department to reconcile stock (paper, inks, consumables).
    • Monitor inventory levels and alert management on low-stock items.
    • Verify GRNs, delivery notes, and purchase orders before posting into the accounting system.

    Compliance & Audit Support:

    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax filings, VAT/GST, withholding tax, etc.).
