    Influencer Marketing Intern

    Location: Remote, 9 am - 5 pm EST

    Reports To: Marketing Team Lead

    Company: Health and Wellness Startup Specializing in Herbal Remedies

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Influencer Research & Outreach: Identify and build lists of TikTok and YouTube influencers and emerging creators for campaigns, PR mailers, and product seeding.
    • Campaign Coordination: Assist in outreach efforts, negotiate gifted and paid partnerships with micro-influencers, and track campaign progress to ensure content is delivered on time.
    • Seeding Management: Place and manage 50+ influencer and media seeding orders monthly via Shopify.
    • Community Engagement: Support social media community management by engaging with influencers and relevant brands to nurture relationships.
    • Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media trends, viral content, and hashtags to identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and creative campaigns.

    Our client is seeking experienced, fluent English-speaking Telemarketing Specialist to join their sales team. This role is vital in managing and qualifying inbound leads, setting appointments, and supporting our sales pipeline. Candidates must have prior experience in appointment setting or telemarketing, with a proven ability to exceed targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of high-volume call management while maintaining excellent communication with prospects.     • Data Management:
    • Accurately log all interactions and updates in the HubSpot CRM.
    • Ensure all lead information is captured for seamless handoffs to the sales team.
    • Objection Handling:
    • Use proven techniques like the "Feel, Felt, Found" method to address and overcome objections.
    • Articulate the benefits of our client’s services to prospects clearly and confidently.
    • Customer Engagement:
    • Communicate the unique value propositions, including:
      • 24-hour turnaround times.
      • Free delivery within the service area.
      • Competitive pricing.
      • In-house design services and 45 years of trusted service.
    • Performance Metrics:
    • Consistently meet daily call volume, qualification, and appointment-setting targets.

    Top Performers Expectation:

    To be in the top 20% of performers, you will need to:

    • Make 100-150 outbound calls per day.

    Requirements and Skills:
