    Medical Sales Representative

    We’re looking for an energetic and goal-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell medical products, equipment, and services to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, drive product awareness, and achieve sales targets within assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell medical products/equipment to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners.
    • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to present products, demonstrate usage, and share clinical benefits.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
    • Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.
    • Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly sales reports.
    • Attend conferences, exhibitions, and medical events to promote company products.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer feedback to maintain a smooth client experience.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
    • 1–3 years of sales experience (pharma/medical sales experience is an added advantage).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage a sales territory.
    • Strong understanding of medical terminologies and healthcare environments.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
