    Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    Business Development

    • Identify and develop new industrial customers for CNG supply across manufacturing clusters, industrial zones, and Free Trade Zones.
    • Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential gas consumers currently using diesel, LPG, or fuel oil.
    • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize long-term CNG supply agreements.
    • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for feasibility studies, pipeline routing, and station connectivity.

    Marketing & Client Relations

    • Develop marketing strategies to promote CNG as a cleaner and cost-effective fuel alternative for industries.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships with plant heads, procurement, and sustainability teams.
    • Organize customer visits, presentations, and technical demonstrations to showcase CNG benefits.
    • Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, customer switching trends, and policy updates.

    Sales Planning & Performance

    • Achieve assigned monthly and annual volume targets for industrial CNG sales.
    • Track sales performance, collection status, and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, credit control, and timely payment collection.
    • Prepare weekly MIS and performance dashboards for management review.

    Coordination & Execution

    • Work closely with project and logistics teams for customer connectivity, cascade supply, and delivery schedules.
    • Support legal and commercial departments in drafting and executing gas supply agreements.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess HND/Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 5 years’ work experience.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS office, word, excel and PowerPoint to maintain reports.
    • Ideal Candidates will be resident in the location or willing to relocate at their own expense.

    Coordinator Filling Station

    Responsibilities

    Operations Coordination

    • Act as the central point of communication between corporate office and all CNG retail stations.
    • Monitor daily operational performance, sales data, and uptime status of all stations.
    • Consolidate daily reports from each station (sales, breakdowns, compressor hours, and manpower).
    • Ensure stations adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.
    • Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and finance teams to resolve operational issues promptly.

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
    • Maintain records of station sales, fuel receipts, maintenance logs, and staff attendance.
    • Track station variances (totalizer vs. billing) and highlight discrepancies for corrective action.
    • Prepare performance dashboards and KPI summaries for management review.

    Compliance & Safety Monitoring

    • Ensure each station follows HSE protocols, documentation, and PPE compliance.
    • Maintain records of regulatory inspections, permits, and renewals for each station.
    • Support the HSE team in scheduling safety drills, audits, and compliance reviews.

    Administrative Support

    • Coordinate manpower deployment, leave schedules, and shift rosters in coordination with HR.
    • Facilitate supply chain coordination for station consumables, uniforms, and spare parts.
    • Assist in preparation of official communication, notices, and circulars for stations.

    Stakeholder Coordination

    • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and government agencies for operational matters.
    • Support the finance department with billing data, toll receipts, and cash reconciliation tracking.
    • Communicate company updates, policy changes, and new procedures to all station managers and shift incharges.

    Executive- Regulatory

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate with Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) for obtaining and renewing:

    • CNG Station Licenses (Construction, Operation, and Renewal).
    • Gas Storage and Distribution Permits.
    • Transportation Permits for CNG Cascades and Trailers.
    • Liaise with Federal Ministry of Environment, Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON), Fire Service, and Local Government Authorities for required No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and statutory clearances.
    • Maintain a tracker for all licenses, renewals, and permit validity dates to ensure continuous compliance.

    Documentation & Compliance

    • Prepare and submit regulatory documents, engineering drawings, HSE manuals, and application forms as per NMDPRA requirements.
    • Support the legal team with technical documentation for site due diligence and approval processes.
    • Ensure all stations comply with HSE, environmental, and operational standards mandated by NMDPRA.
    • Maintain digital and physical records of all regulatory submissions, correspondence, and approvals.

    Inspection & Coordination

    • Coordinate regulatory site inspections (pre-commissioning, safety audit, annual verification) with government inspectors.
    • Ensure readiness of documentation, equipment certification, and safety compliance before every inspection.
    • Liaise with station teams to close audit findings and submit compliance reports within timelines.
    • Provide weekly updates on inspection schedules, renewal progress, and pending submissions.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Maintain professional relationships with NMDPRA officials, Fire Service officers, and other government agencies.
    • Support management in representing Zeta Gas at regulatory meetings, stakeholder forums, and policy workshops.
    • Keep management informed about new government guidelines, circulars, and policy updates affecting CNG operations.

    Internal Coordination

    • Work closely with project, operations, and HSE departments to ensure all installations follow regulatory-approved designs and standards.
    • Support finance team for payment of license fees, inspection charges, and other regulatory costs.
    • Conduct internal awareness sessions to keep operations staff updated on compliance procedures.
